- Degree in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or related disciplines, higher qualification is desirable
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sizable companies (1,000+ employees) with at least 6 years in management with hands on experience in compensation & benefits and staff development & training
- Monitor full spectrum of HR functions including compensation and benefits, training and development, HRIS & reporting and staff communication & engagement for operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist Department Head in reviewing, developing and implementing human resources policies, procedures and practices to support organizational development strategies and goals
- Lead or participate in various HR projects and quality improvement initiatives
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislative requirements as well as HR best practices
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with commitment in continuous improvement
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
