Visitor’s Information
(A) Important Notes for Visitation
By advice of Department of Health, due to the current COVID-19 epidemic situation, the Hospital has enhanced the visitation measure to safeguard the health of patients, visitors and staff. Visitors have to comply with the following requirements :
- Visiting hours
- General Wards: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
- Isolation Ward: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm- 7:30 pm. There is no visiting arrangement for patients under airborne precaution.
- Only 2 visitors are allowed.
- All inpatient visitors must a negative rapid antigen test (RAT) result on the same day before entering the ward.
- Visitors must wear mask at all times. Eating or drinking is strictly prohibited.
- If visitors have the following conditions, please do not visit:
- Fever, respiratory symptoms, sudden loss of taste or smell, gastroenteritis, unexplained or acute rash
in the past 48 hours; - Contacted person who are COVID-19 confirmed or under quarantine in the past 5 days;

(B) Pre-Admission COVID-19 Test Screening
1. In-patients:
- Must present a negative COVID-19 PCR report which is conducted within 48 hours (specimen collection time) by a Community Testing Centre or a Hong Kong Government approved laboratory upon the admission registration.
2. Day bed and day procedure
- Self-administration of Rapid Antigen test (RAT) before arriving at the hospital on the day of admission. Please present a photo (mobile phone screenshot) of the RAT with -ve result to our staff .
The above mentioned arrangements are subject to change in accordance to the development of the pandemic without prior notice.

Note:
- Only parents are allowed to visit the baby if he/ she is under incubator or phototherapy care.
- Please do not allow children into patients’ rooms for the sake of their health.
- Patient’s relatives or friends may inquire your room no. with the Admission reception desk. If you want to keep your hospitalization private, please inform the staff of Admission or the Ward
