Historic Developments

Began as a small clinic, Hong Kong Baptist Hospital (HKBH) started to provide medical services in the 1950s.  With God’s blessing and guidance, it gradually expanded and commenced full operation in 1963.  Nowadays, HKBH has become a well-developed, full-scale private hospital.  Remains at the heart of  the hospital’s healthcare team is the commitment to embrace professionalism and strive for excellence, and the unwavering undertaking to deliver quality health care services in innovative and diversified approach to meet the evolving needs of the society.

2016 to present

2018 - Receive ACHS accreditation for the third time with all 47 items passed, with Infection Control and Blood Management acheiving Excellent grade
