Hong Kong Baptist Hospital operates 2 renal centres which dedicate to fulfill the following missions:
- Provide quality treatment with introduction of most advanced equipments and facilities
- Provide professional advices and education to clients
- Tailor-made treatment plan for individual clients
- Carry out “Single Use” policy to ensure the safety of haemodialysis process.

Renal Centre in Kowloon Tong at Hong Kong Baptist Hospital
Renovated in 2016, the Centre adopts new model of haemodialysis machines and advanced Central Water Treatment Systems. The comprehensive facilities and setting offers a comfortable environment to our patients. It is managed by the resident consultant in nephrology. Other doctors and nephrologists are also welcome to refer their clients to the Centre for haemodialysis service.
Renal Centre in To Kwa Wan at Kai Tak Community Health Centre
To cater the growing demand of haemodialysis service in the community and to support the “Haemodialysis Public Private Partnership Programme” championed by Hospital Authority, the Renal Centre (Kai Tak Community Health Centre) was established in 2011. It features 20 Haemodialysis machines with the entire set-up attaining hospital standard, offering another option for clients to receive quality haemodialysis treatment at a lower price. Besides, individual LCD TV and internet service are offered in each Haemodialysis station so as to increase their sense of belonging with a comfortable environment.

The above charges include the following:
- Basic consumables required for haemodialysis/ haemodiafiltration, e.g. Dialyser, bloodline, dialysis agents, fistula needles and dressing set.
- Basic pharmaceutical items, e.g. Conventional anticoagulant, Heparin, Innohep and Normal Saline.
