- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer services
- Experience in handling daily payment transaction would be an advantage
- Proficiency in computer word processing of English and Chinese
- Fluent spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Shift duty is required
