Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake patient registration, answer phone and counter enquiries, make appointment upon request and receptionist duties
- Process correspondence and documents, including filing and record keeping
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as nurses, doctors, wards, patients and contractors
- Handle daily payment transactions, patient admission registration and act as the telephone operator during overnight shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Multi-tasked with good communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer services
- Shift duty, including overnight shift, is required; job rotation to support other customer service teams may also be required
