Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and roster a team of 30–40 support workers across shifts, ensuring full coverage and consistent service standards
- Conduct daily inspections and periodic audits to maintain performance, infection control, and occupational safety and health (OSH) compliance
- Coordinate cleaning and support services schedules
Requirements:
- Innovative with a growth mindset
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Open to fresh university graduates
- Diploma or higher in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not essential
