Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of IT application and technical projects to ensure they are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Perform scoping, sourcing, planning, organizing and implementation of IT projects
- Coordinate project team members, end users to develop schedules and individual responsibilities
- Maintain project timeframes, budget estimates, expenditures and progress reports
- Adopt project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conduct risk and security assessments of new IT projects
- Provide 24/7 system support on a rotating basis, including Sundays and public holidays
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of IT experience, of which, at least 3 years in project management and implementation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
