- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above; higher academic degree is desirable, preferably diploma / certificate in related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, supervisory experience is a must
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service attitude in handling external and internal customers’ relations matters and complaints and take appropriate actions
- Strong interpersonal skills with pleasant and outgoing personality in coordinating with maintenance, security, cleaning and other services contractors with multi-tasking approach
- Good analytical skills to monitor and lead property operations and management, demonstrating by effective leadership, self-initiation, ability to work under pressure and timely report to Line Manager
- Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
