Hong Kong Baptist Hospital (HKBH) supports Organ Donation Campaign launched by the Department of Health and signed the Organ Donation Promotion Charter, pledging to support the Campaign through hosting a series of promotional activities targeted not only to staff but also the general public.
In Hong Kong, there are more than 2,000 patients and their family waiting for organ donation every day. Let’s learn about the sharing by some of the organ recipients and donor families.
In order to introduce the concept and significance of organ donation to staff, we organize talks and encourage them to register at the Centralised Organ Donation Register (CODR).
