- University degree in Nursing, with Master of Science in Infection Control or Master of Science in Nursing (Infectious Diseases and Infection Control) is an advantage
- Registered Nurse (Nursing Council of Hong Kong) with valid practicing certificate
- Attainment of post-graduate academic qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience and supervisory experience in infection control field is preferable
- Completed a basic infection control course and have strong sense of risk related to Infection Control
- Experience in infection control issues such as surveillance, outbreak management, developing in-service training, program etc. is preferable
- Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, motivate and coach staff for compliance to infection control policies and good presentation skills
- Responsible for implementing infection control policies within the hospital
- Process dynamic and positive attitude with critical thinking
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
