Established in 1963, Hong Kong Baptist Hospital is a Christian and non-profit making private hospital dedicated to serving the public and striving to achieve our mission of "In the service of man, for the glory of God". To cope with our continuing growth, we would like to invite high calibre candidates to join our Hospital.

Registered Nurse In-charge (Infection Control)
  • University degree in Nursing, with Master of Science in Infection Control or Master of Science in Nursing (Infectious Diseases and Infection Control) is an advantage
  • Registered Nurse (Nursing Council of Hong Kong) with valid practicing certificate
  • Attainment of post-graduate academic qualification is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience and supervisory experience in infection control field is preferable
  • Completed a basic infection control course and have strong sense of risk related to Infection Control
  • Experience in infection control issues such as surveillance, outbreak management, developing in-service training, program etc. is preferable
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, motivate and coach staff for compliance to infection control policies and good presentation skills
  • Responsible for implementing infection control policies within the hospital
  • Process dynamic and positive attitude with critical thinking
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
