- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification
- Registered with the Medical Laboratory Technologists Board of Hong Kong (Part I or II) and holder of a valid practicing certificate
- Certification by ASCP or an equivalent professional body is an advantage
- Prior experience in a HOKLAS-accredited medical laboratory is preferred
- Experience in Core Laboratory disciplines (including Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and Immunology) is highly desirable
- Shift duty is required
