- Degree in Health Information Management, Health Care Management or related disciplines is preferred; OR diploma in a specialized function AND 7 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in supervisory role and preferably in medical records and health information services
- Knowledge of clinical coding, medical terminology, healthcare statistics and medical records management practices
- Proficiency in common office automation (e.g. E-mail, Internet / Intranet etc.) and PC applications (e.g. Adobe Acrobat, Canva, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint in both Chinese and English, etc.)
- Good supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience in hospital or healthcare settings is preferred
