- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- Minimum 2 years of clerical or relevant experience
- Responsible for clerical support at the OSH Department and Resources & Training Center as
- Perform receptionist duties, answer internal enquires and handle training classes arrangement
- Handle data and compilation of statistics on injury-on-duty of incident reporting system
- Manage filing of OSH incident/various of hospital wide inspection/drill reports according to department policy
- Assist in preparation of various inspection and chemical monitoring reports
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
- Responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
- Working hours will be mainly in afternoon session
