Key Responsibilities:
Perform clerical and customer services duties to support the operation of the Department. Typical duties include:
- Undertake receptionist duties, answer enquiries, patient registration, handle data and information access request, etc
- Operate telephone and other communication systems
- Handle correspondence and documents including filing and record keeping
- Medical records management
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders such as wards and clients / patients
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Multi-tasked with good communication skills
- Relevant experience in customer services or handling of medical records is an advantage
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including English and Chinese Word Processing
- Shift duty is required for Customer Services Representative; job rotation to Support Services Centre at Fanling is required for Clerk in handling medical records
