  • Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
  • Holder of OTA or relevant certificate or completion of OTA training provided by recognized organization(s)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant OT experience
  • Fluency in Cantonese and simple English
  • Shift duty is required
