Key responsibilities:
- Handle daily payment transactions including insurance package payments, answer phone and counter enquiries
- Process correspondence and documents, including filing and record keeping
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders such as nurses, doctors, wards, patients and contractors
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors
Requirements:
- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Multi-tasked with good communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling daily payment transaction
- Shift duty is required; job rotation to support other customer service teams may also be required
