Customer Services Representative/ Clerk (Admission / Medical Records) (Contract) **Various Posts**

Key Responsibilities: Perform clerical and customer services duties to support the operation of the Department. Typical duties include:

  • Undertake receptionist duties, answer enquiries, patient registration, handle data and information access request, etc
  • Operate telephone and other communication systems
  • Handle correspondence and documents including filing and record keeping
  • Medical records management
  • Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders such as wards and clients / patients
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Multi-tasked with good communication skills
  • Relevant experience in customer services or handling of medical records is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Shift duty is required for Customer Services Representative; job rotation to Support Services Centre at Fanling is required for Clerk in handling medical records
