Procurement Officer (Contract)
  • Degree holder, preferably in Purchasing and Supply/ Finance / Economics related discipline
  • Member of the CIPS or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in healthcare related field, with at least 4 years working as supervisor
  • Experience in procurement (including sourcing & handling tender), inventory and supply chain management
  • Knowledge on computerized purchasing module system would be an advantage
  • Strong communication, data analysis, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
