- Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Hospitality or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in sizable companies, with at least 5 years of supervisory and administrative experience
- To manage and lead the Security and Customer Service Teams to promote customer relationship and protection of hospital properties and personnel;
- To manage and monitor the transportation service and car park facilities of the Hospital, as well as the contractors providing out-sourced services.
- To assist in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of security management and customer service towards high quality patient care
- To assist in developing and reviewing policies and guidelines of administrative services, preparing management reports, secretarial support to Committees and special projects of hospital/service development.
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
