- Degree holder in Nursing or Health Care Management or equivalent; higher academic degree is desirable
- Preferably Registered Nurse (Nursing Council of Hong Kong) with valid practising certificate
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in hospital with management experience
- Experience in complaint management, and enhancement of patient relations, preferably in healthcare industry, and importance of understanding patient centred outcome, and consumer engagement
- Assist in planning, implementation, coordination and monitor of hospital-wide quality improvement programmes, and facilitation of meetings, training and events
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, presentation and analytical skills to organize and team work
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
