- Act as a Unit Head and lead the security team with over 20 staff to perform operational duties
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with 5 years of supervisory experience
- Responsible to manage and monitor the operation of the hospital security services, handle emergencies and all security related incidents in the hospital
- Provide drill and training of fire safety, crisis management and Health & Safety management for security team
- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above; Completed the certificate or related training in Safety and Security
- Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit issued by the Hong Kong Police Force (Licensing Office)
- Strong communication skills, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English
- An attractive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with experience, with a starting salary ranging from HK$32,000 to experienced candidate as high as HK$46,000
