Security Officer (Unit Head) (Contract)

Job duties

  • Act as a Unit Head and lead the security team with over 20 staff to perform operational duties
  • Responsible to manage and monitor the operation of general security services in hospital setting, handle emergencies and security related incidents in the hospital
  • Serve as the focal point for security services, addressing issues promptly and effectively to the management and users
  • Liaise with Vendors for maintenance of daily operations, ensuring effective communications and resolution of issues
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate drill and training of fire safety, crisis management and Health & Safety management for security team

 

Requirements / Attributes

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above; Completed the certificate or related training in Safety and Security
  • Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit issued by the Hong Kong Police Force (Licensing Office)
  • Strong communication skills, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English

 

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with experience, with a starting salary ranging from HK$32,000 to experienced candidate as high as HK$46,000
