Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in user requirement collection and analysis
- Assist in system analysis, design and development of IT applications
- Conduct unit tests and system integration tests
- Maintain documentation including system architecture diagrams, technical specification, operation procedures, backup and recovery procedures, user manuals
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of applications systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices in application development
- Provide 2nd tier system and operation support
- Provide 24/7 system support on a rotation basis, including Sundays and public holidays
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of application development and support experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Programmer
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript, Python), application frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, .Net Core), integration platforms, data management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server), and version control
- Experience in developing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms using frameworks like React Native, Flutter
- Experience in CI/CD and automation tools
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
