Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounts payable system and handle tax returns related to the remuneration of doctors and healthcare professionals
- Reconcile control accounts and sub-ledgers to ensure data integrity
- Assist with financial system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process improvements
- Prepare regular and ad hoc financial statistics, reports, and data analysis to support management decisions
- Assist with the price-setting process
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience; background in a large private organization or the healthcare industry is highly preferred
- Sound knowledge of accounting systems and advanced Excel skills (VBA development capabilities for small applications is a major advantage)
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive team player who can also work independently and thrive under tight deadlines
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
