- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the healthcare or insurance industry, preferably in the private hospital sector
- Assist department head to develop and implement a comprehensive sales and client servicing strategy to grow the hospital’s insurance and corporate business segments
- Identify and nurture relationships with insurance providers, corporate clients, and other potential partners to generate new business leads and opportunities
- Coordinate the negotiation and management of contracts and service level agreements with insurance providers and corporate clients
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong healthcare and insurance landscape, including the key players, regulations, and industry trends
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
