Lead (Sales & Client Servicing) (Contract)
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the healthcare or insurance industry, preferably in the private hospital sector
  • Assist department head to develop and implement a comprehensive sales and client servicing strategy to grow the hospital’s insurance and corporate business segments
  • Identify and nurture relationships with insurance providers, corporate clients, and other potential partners to generate new business leads and opportunities
  • Coordinate the negotiation and management of contracts and service level agreements with insurance providers and corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong healthcare and insurance landscape, including the key players, regulations, and industry trends
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
