Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 30-50 housekeeping and transport workers in a healthcare setting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide training, mentorship and performance evaluations to team members to maintain high service standards
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with various departments to effectively address the needs of patients and staff
Requirements:
- Innovative with a growth mindset
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Open to fresh university graduates
- Diploma or higher in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not essential
