Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor and improve the daily operation of the Hospital mission critical application services
- 1st tier support for users enquires on application services
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues that arise across the daily hospital operation
- Participate in new services transition, change and release management and service daily operation
- Prepare and conduct operational acceptance testing prior to production release
- Develop documentation and regular reports for departments within Hospital
- Non office hours support as necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of solid experiences in system design and development in either one of the following areas:
- Mobile app: React Native, Redux
- Web-based application: React, Visual C#, MS SQL Server, MongoDB
- Proficient in JSON web services, RESTful API, JavaScript, JQuery and CSS
- Experience in database performance tuning and stored procedure development
- Experience in SharePoint and reporting tool (eg. SSRS, Crystal Report or Jasper) would be an advantage
- Experience in message queue would be an advantage
- Experience in IoT technologies and cloud services would be an advantage
- Experiences in Hospital Information System or healthcare related system is a plus
- Good team player, self-motivated and fast learner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer
