- Degree holder and Qualifications in nursing, allied health or a related healthcare profession is preferable
- Diploma or Certificate holder in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) or equivalent; a higher professional qualification in OSH is desirable
- Minimum 8 years of working experience at supervisory / managerial level with 3 years of supervisory/managerial level in clinical settings in OSH is preferable
- In-charge of developing, implementing and reviewing of OSH policies & procedures, strategic plan, Safety Management System, training programs and Return-to-work program
- Lead and conduct workplace inspections and OSH audits, perform analytical reviews, and recommend improvement measures
- Responsible for promoting OSH culture across the hospital and managing OSH promotional activities and wellness programs
- Good experience in identifying hazards and implementing injury prevention strategies
- Strong communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills to organize and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing and data analysis
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
