- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above; Pass in Chinese and English Language
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
- Perform clerical, administrative and customer services duties. The typical duties include:
- Undertake receptionist duties, answer enquiries, handle medical report and data access request, etc.
- Handle correspondence and documents including filing and record keeping
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders such as wards and clients / patients
- Medical records management
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Working Location: Hospital / Support Services Centre at Fanling (require job rotation on a regular basis)
