Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for IT services across the organization
- Respond to user inquiries through in‑person assistance, phone support, and remote access tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by guiding users through standard problem‑solving procedures, ensuring timely follow‑up until resolution
- Diagnose and address problems related to computer software, hardware, and peripheral devices
- Deliver training sessions for internal staff on commonly used IT applications
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support and desktop management
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic abilities
- Good communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
- Solid technical knowledge in desktop security, endpoint management, and related technologies
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server environments and basic networking concepts
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are preferred
