- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of solid C&B experience in sizable companies
- Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to payroll and benefits administration, MPF & taxation, performance management, employee relations, HRIS and ad-hoc projects
- Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and legislative requirements
- Commitment to continuous improvement, self-motivated, detail minded and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good writing, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in IPL is preferred
