- At minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification; Master’s degree preferred
- Holder of Certificate of Registration (Part I) and valid Annual Practising Certificate issued by the Medical Laboratory Technologists Board of Hong Kong
- Certification by ASCP or an equivalent professional body is an advantage
- Prior experience in a HOKLAS-accredited medical laboratory is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Clinical Laboratory with experience in HOKLAS laboratory
