- Degree holder in Nursing or Health Care Management or equivalent; higher academic degree is desirable
- Preferably Registered Nurse (Nursing Council of Hong Kong) with valid practising certificate
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in hospital with management experience
- Good experience in quality management; experience in ACHS or other hospital accreditation will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of investigating incidents and complaints, and importance of understanding patient centred outcome, complaint responses, and consumer engagement
- Assist in planning, implementation, coordination and monitor hospital-wide quality improvement programmes, and facilitates meetings and events and clinical audit & research
- Responsible for promoting quality & safety culture within the hospital
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills to organize and team work
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English and Putonghua
