Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor in developing business opportunities with corporate clients and insurance companies to drive business growth and maintain partner relationships
- Support the preparation, coordination, renewal and administration of corporate agreements
- Prepare business proposals and partnership presentations
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in organising and delivering business engagement activities, such as health talks and corporate events
- Assist the supervisor to execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads and support patient and corporate customer acquisition, service-line growth and brand awareness
- Track campaign performance using digital analytics, KPIs and ROI
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Health, Insurance or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in business development. Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is preferred
- Experience in account management, B2B partnerships, contract administration or insurance business is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of CRM, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Ads is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, organised, detailed minded and able to manage multiple projects independently
