Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications, interfaces, reports, and scripts based on business requirements
- Support user requirement collection and analysis
- Conduct unit tests, support system integration testing, and assist with UAT activities
- Write and maintain technical documentation for developed systems
- Provide second-tier application and operational support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning
- Participate in 24/7 system support on a rotational basis, including Sundays and public holidays
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of application development and support experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Programmer
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript, Python), application frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, .Net Core), integration platforms, data management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server), and version control
- Experience in developing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms using frameworks like React Native, Flutter
- Experience in CI/CD and automation tools
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
