- University degree in Nursing, preferably with Master in Nursing or related discipline, and qualification in advanced nursing specialty
- Registered Nurse (Nursing Council of Hong Kong) with valid practising certificate
- Minimum 6 years of post-registration working experience, preferably with 4 years in related specialty
- Hands-on experience in related specialty to assess, plan, implement and evaluate specialist clinical nursing service; coordinate and implement projects related to nursing quality, risk management and patient safety; develop professional nursing standard, care protocol and clinical pathway
- Act as a resource and referral agent on clinical expertise
- Experience in overall management of specialty clinic / unit is preferable
- Experience in coordinating and conducting training / talk for nurses with good presentation and teaching skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to organize and work with multi-disciplinary health-care professionals
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
