Customer Services Representative (Admission) (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform clerical and customer services duties to support the operation of the Department. Typical duties include:

  • Handle inquiries and feedbacks from both internal and external stakeholders such as wards and clients / patients
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in crowd control to ensure a smooth visitor flow
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good customer services and communication skills
  • Relevant experience in customer services is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Shift duty is required
