The Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery Clinic specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastrointestinal diseases, including the esophagus, stomach, duodenum and adjacent organs. The Clinic is managed by an experienced Upper gastrointestinal surgeon, focusing on surgical procedures at its core, while integrating multidisciplinary collaboration to offer patients precise, minimally invasive, and personalized treatment plans.
What is Endoscopic Surgery?
Endoscopic surgery is performed through the natural body openings. Instead of big incisions required in conventional surgeries, various miniature instruments can be inserted through the endoscope to perform the maneuvers necessary for the operation. Endoscopic procedures result in less tissue trauma, no scarring (woundless), less pain, shorter hospital stay and faster recovery.
