Oncology & Chemotherapy Day Centre has a dedicated team of experienced oncologists and nurses who provide tailored treatment programs for patients. Our multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals provide instant chemotherapy treatment and radiotherapy planning service after consultation.

High Standard of Clinical Support

The Centre is supported by PET-CT, CT, MRI and Molecular Pathology Laboratory at other floors in the same building. Pneumatic system is available to transport blood specimen and general drugs effortlessly and efficiently. High grade IV Admixture Unit managed by Pharmacist is provided at the same floor of the Centre for immediate production and delivery of chemotherapy drugs.

Medication treatment

Medication treatment is one of the major modalities in cancer management. It can be administered alone or in conjunction with radiation therapy. This encompasses chemotherapy, targeted therapy, hormonal therapy and immunotherapy.

Radiotherapy (RT)

Radiotherapy controls and destroys malignant cells using high intensity radiation. RT treatments are provided at Hong Kong Baptist Hospital, which proactively invests  in state-of-the-art technologies designed to manage tumors of different natures and profiles with precision and accuracy.

Oncology Case Manager Approach

Our oncology nurses possess extensive expertise in delivering professional nursing care and support for patients and their caregivers. A dedicated case manager oversees your care comprehensively and seamlessly to ensure both continuity and consistency in the provision of services.
