Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, build and run enterprise network infrastructure
- Develop, implement and maintain security control framework and measures in compliance with hospital policies, industry standards and best practices
- Develop incident response plan and playbook and conduct regular cyber incident response drills
- Conduct regular IT security risk assessment on systems, network and IT infrastructure
- Monitor security vulnerabilities and implement fixes
- Provide training and awareness update on technology risk and cybersecurity
- Required to provide on-call support during non-office hours
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience on a medium to large scale infrastructure and, of which, at least 5 years’ hands-on experience in enterprise networking or cybersecurity
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Strong technical knowledge on network infrastructure and network security would be an advantage
- Certified with CCNP, CISSP, CISA, CEH or equivalent would be an advantage
