Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide innovative advices to management on SMART Hospital initiative planning
- Lead a team on the development of in-house SMART applications
- Participate in project management with service vendors and solution providers in SMART Hospital projects
- Evaluate new tools such as API Gateway, SSO solutions for the hospital digital transformation
- Provide technical advice to user departments on evaluation and recommendation of Smart Solutions
- Participate in new IT services design & development, services transition, change & release management and service daily operation
- Participate in system design for the revamp projects
- Participate in project management in the enhancement of the existing projects.
- Conduct quality assurance review and acceptance testing prior to production release
- Deliver regular customized training to users
- Develop documentation and regular reports for departments within Hospital
- Non office hours support as necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of application support or development experience, with at least 5 years as a team lead or supervisor
- Solid experience in web application development in ASP.NET, JAVA, and/or mobile app development in React Native
- Solid experience on IT services management
- Experience in API Gateway, knowing Tyk is a plus
- Experience in SSO solution, knowing Keycloak is a plus
- Solid knowledge on GIT and CI/CD setup, knowing GitLab and GitLab Runner is a plus
- Hands-on experience in database administration or JAVA programming would be an advantage
- Domain knowledge of healthcare operations or related development experience would be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good analytic and problem solving capacity
- Ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure
- Demonstrate self-initiative and team leadership
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst
