- Degree or above in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience of IT application development, including 5 years in application development/support in supervisory position
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in both application architecture design and project management
- Skillful in collecting user requirement and translating it into technical solution
- Experience in managing large scale integration project and system revamp
- Strong experience in web and mobile application development would be an advantage
- Experience in standard package implementation
- Experience in health care informatics exposure would be preferred but not essential
- Good exposure and recommendation of new idea by using technology to improve user operation efficiency
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, monitoring cost effectiveness
- Proactive, result oriented, can work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent supervisory, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Excellent in spoken and written Chinese and English
