Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical team to plan, design, build and run the IT infrastructure of the hospital including network infrastructure, server platform, data centres
- Lead upgrade and technology refresh initiatives
- Transform business requirements / needs into technical design, specification and documentations
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support new IT services development, transition and operation
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of solid experience on a medium to large scale IT infrastructure, of which at least 5 years at managerial/supervisory level
- Strong technical skill on networking, virtualization technology, system administration, network security and data centre operation
- Solid experience on project management, vendor management and IT services management
- Strong leadership with the drive to initiate and achieve changes
- Be able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- May be required to attend calls on IT infrastructure failures and provide immediate response during non-office hours
