Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing support on IT services
- Responding to users support queries, support in person, over the phone or via remote access
- Communicate with users through basic problem-solving processes, and follow up until problem resolved
- Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals and hardware
- Conduct training for internal users on common office applications
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or similar field
- Minimum 3 years working experience on IT support and desktop management
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
- High-level communication and customer service skills
- Strong technical knowledge on desktop security and management
- Sound knowledge on Microsoft Windows Servers and networking
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards
- Program certification such as Microsoft, Cisco & ITIL are preferred
