- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent; higher academic degree is desirable
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sizable companies, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including C&B, HRIS, manpower planning & recruitment, employee relations and HR enhancement projects
- Responsible for reviewing, formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR related legislative requirements
- Commitment to continuous improvement, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to multitask
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
