- University degree in Nursing, preferably with Master of Science in Infection Control or Master of Science in Nursing (Infectious Diseases and Infection Control)
- Registered Nurse (Nursing Council of Hong Kong) with valid practicing certificate
- Advanced Practice Nurse for Infection Control in Nursing (Nursing Council of Hong Kong) is preferable
- Minimum 6 years of working experience, preferably with 4 years of supervisory / specialty experience in infection control team
- Completed basic & advanced infection control training course, higher academic degree or qualifications in infection control are desirable
- Proven experience in infection control issues such as surveillance, outbreak management, developing in-service training, program etc.
- Strong analytical mindset, good leadership, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, motivate and coach staff for compliance to infection control policies
- Solid experience in writing policies, manual, annual report and conducting research
- Process dynamic and positive attitude with critical thinking
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
