BCG Tuberculosis Infectious disease usually caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis generally affects the lungs, but can also affect other parts of the body.
Hepatitis B Vaccine Hepatitis B Hepatitis and liver cancer
DTP Vaccine Diphtheria Swollen laryngopharynx, fever, respiratory difficulty and heart failure
Tetanus Muscle cramps, spasm and even death
Pertussis Prolonged cough, pneumonia and brain damage
Polio Vaccine Poliomyelitis Damage of nerve system which may result in paralysis and even death
Hib Vaccine Haemophilus Influenzae Type B (Hib) Meningitis, Otitis Media, osteoarthritis and pneumonia
Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine Pneumococcus (also known as Streptococcus pneumoniae) Bacterial pneumonia, meningitis, bacteremia, cellulitis, osteomyelitis, arthritis and acute otitis media
MMR and Chickenpox Combined Vaccine(MMRV) Measles Meningitis or encephalitis and so forth

Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine Japanese encephalitis No specific medication/cure. Patients will experience headache, fever, delirium, convulsions. People who recover may have neurological sequelae.
Hepatitis A Vaccine Hepatitis A Serious liver disease, could die from liver failure
