2.	Procedure:
	Pay in person or by representative Document required: Doctor's letter bearing the Antenatal Booking No. (non-transferable) and Date of Confinement, and the completed Maternity Booking Registration Form. < Download Maternity Booking Form for Expectant Mother (Hong Kong Resident/ Non-Mainland China Foreigner)> Copy of expectant mother's identity document e.g. HKID or passport.
3.	Deadline: Before gestation of 20 weeks, and within 14 working days from the date when Antenatal Booking No. is given.

3.	Deadline: Before gestation of 20 weeks, and within 14 working days from the date when Antenatal Booking No. is given.
