Mother Room charges for 4 days 3 nights commencing from delivery day Nursing care and close monitoring by nurses and midwives during hospitalization Continuous fetal heart monitoring during labour Delivery Room charge including basic facilities and equipment. Once registered, change of option would not be entertained. For those who opt to change the Room Type during hospitalization, the Package charge will be based on the higher Room Type selected Check-out time on discharge day is 1:00pm No additional charges for spontaneous delivery on weekends or public holidays

1.	Procedure:
	Pay in person or by representative Document required: Doctor's letter bearing the Antenatal Booking No. (non-transferable) and Date of Confinement, and the completed Maternity Registration Form. < Download Maternity Registration Form for Expectant Mother Chinese Ver. /English Ver.> Copy of expectant mother's identity document e.g. HKID or passport.
2.	Deadline: Before gestation of 20 weeks, and within 14 working days from the date when Antenatal Booking No. is given.

	Expectant mother must come in person to pay deposit and take the "Certificate of Maternity Booking" Expectant mother must complete the first antenatal check-up in Hong Kong and provide doctor's letter bearing the Antenatal Booking No. (non-transferable) and Date of Confinement as well as the completed Maternity Registration Form. < Download "产科(内地)登记表格"> Present original copy of the identity document of the expectant mother e.g. Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macau
