Baptist Holistic Home Care Service Centre, the first corporate social responsibility project jointly launched by Hong Kong Baptist Hospital and Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service, aims to provide a one-stop-shop to individuals who are in need of professional home care after their hospitalization. With the comprehensive services provided, the Centre helps patients recover at home as well their families with home health care needs. It also serves as a home care service information hub to help you locate the services you need and guide you through application and referral.
