Haemodialysis service was introduced since 1980. In view of increase demand of the service from community, Renal Dialysis Centre was set up in 1992. As to serve the community with high quality of care, a new Renal Centre was established in April 2006. This centre targets at providing variety of renal care related services such as haemodialysis, ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, teaching and training of patients and relatives in related care. Doctors and nephrologists are welcome to refer their patients to the centre. Resident Medical Officer (specialist in Nephrology) is available for consultation and management of the centre service.
